Right-click on title bar shows shortcut not control menu due to bug.

Cause:

Right-clicking the title bar displays worksheet shortcut menu instead of control menu. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Excel 7 at this point.

Solution:

Use the right mouse button and double-click on the title bar.
